About half of our patients have dental insurance through an employer, nearly 180 different insurance policies.  Many times our patients don’t understand that the contract they signed with the insurance company does not involve their health care provider, whether it is a physician, dentist, optometrist, etc.  If there is a dispute with a reimbursement then we can assist with a letter of clarification or referral to the Montana Insurance Commissioner in Helena.

At all times it is the Office policy to present the expense of treatment at each appointment, and the value of that service.  Payment is expected at the completion of the service. If a monthly payment option is desired then a national organization, Care Credit is available to handle financial arrangements over the phone or on the WEB. Treatment needs and alternative treatment plans, are customized for every patient.
